New Parent Information

  • All non-participating children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Every Sunday the lost and found will be taken to Good Will.
  • Girls Attire - Hair must be pulled back into a tight ponytail or bun, no shoes or socks, leotards (preferable), no jewelry & no gum chewing.
  • Boys Attire - No shoes or socks, comfortable shorts and t-shirt, no jewelry & no gum chewing.
  • Please update emergency information with the office staff if there are any changes.
  • Any student enrolled in our Parent & Tot Program needs to be accompanied by an adult with lots of energy!  This class is as active for the parent as it is for the child and please wear comfortable clothes.
  • There will be a $30 charge for all returned (NSF) checks.


A Note to Parents

Hunt's Gymnastics is not equipped to supervise children before and after classes.  Parents or caregivers of children too young to supervise themselves need to remain onsite or return prior to the end of class.  Thank you for making safety a priority!


Parent Viewing

We like offering you the opportunity to view at your convenience.  Please sit in the viewing area (behind the blue wall) or in the lobby.  No one is allowed, including siblings and or friends, in the gym area except students and staff (and 1 parent for the Monkey's class).  Please refrain from coaching/talking to your child while in class.  For safety reasons, we would appreciate no distractions.


Health Concerns

As a precaution, if your child is not feeling well, please keep them home.  After an absence, you can schedule a make-up class at the front desk.  You are allowed unlimited make-ups provided there is room in another class.  They must be made up within the same month as the missed class date.  Make-ups only carry over to the first week of the following month.



Open complaints in the lobby are disturbing to other parents.  Please file any complaints, in writing, at the front desk.  The managment staff will be happy to address your concerns in private.  There is a silver box next to the office door if you feel you need to anonymously comment.


Holiday Closings

The gym is closed for the following holidays:

  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • Easter Saturday and Sunday
  • Memorial Saturday and Monday
  • 4th of July (for 1 week)
  • Labor Day Saturday and Sunday
  • Halloween (Morning clases will run, office will be closed at 4 pm)
  • Thanksgiving Thursday, Friday and Saturday
  • Christmas (for 2 weeks)


Weather and Related Announcements

Please expect weather or other natural occurrences, although rare, to force shut downs from time to time.  It has always been our policy that if L'Anse Creuse Public Schools close, Hunt's Gymnastics will close for morning classes and early afternoon classes (including open play).  We will make a decision about afternoon and evening classes by 2:00 pm.  You will find the official word about weather closings on our website at  We will also send an email to your primary email address.  Make sure that your email is up to date.  Announcements can also be found on HGA voice mail at 586-954-3300.  We will post any announcement on the gym's facebook page as well.  It is your responsibility to check your email, our website and/or call the gym prior to your scheduled class.


Continuous Enrollment System

Under this continuous enrollment program, all classes will continuously re-enroll every month until a Request to Withdraw form has been submitted.  This will save a spot in the class they know and love each month, no need to risk a class becoming full.   ALL of our classes have recurring monthly tuition, excluding drop-in tumble clinics, open gym/open play and special events.



All HGA families are required to keep a valid Visa or Mastercard on file.  Monthly fees and any remaining balances for the upcoming month will be automatically charged to the card on file on the 28th of each month. You may pay cash, check, or use another card before the 28th, so your Autopay card on file will not be charged.  We accept Visa or Mastercard.  You will automatically receive an email receipt when your Autopay Card on file is used.


Past-Due Accounts

If your Autopay card on file does not process and payment cannot be made, your enrollment will be cancelled after we contact your primary phone and your primary email to notify you that a new card is needed.  A second email will notify you that due to non-payment, your child has been dropped from the class.  At that point you MUST RE-ENROLL with payment to attend next month's classes.  You will also be asked to update your Autopay card before an enrollment or payment can be accepted.  PAYMENT SAVES YOUR CLASS SPOT!  You are responsible for all cost incurred for collection of any deliquent payments, including but limited to collection of return check fees.


Request to Withdraw

You must submit a Request to Withdraw​ form by the 25th of the month to discontinue the continuous enrollment class and payment for the upcoming month.  This gives the gym an adequate amount of time to contact wait-listed students for the class and make adjustments for coaching needs.  We cannot drop a student mid-month and pro-rate the tuition.  Your class ending date will be the last class date of the current month.



There are no refunds.  We can offer a credit if a written request for credit is turned in to the front desk.  Credits will only be considered for athletes who have an injury or illness that keeps them from participating in class. For the credit, your athlete will need to miss 75% of the month.


Annual Membership Fee

There is an annual family registration fee of $35 when registering for classes at HGA. ( Occurs in the month you register with HGA)

  • Open Gym for ages 6 and up
  • Tumble Clinic
  • Team


E-mail Notifications

If you have a balance on your account, you will receive email notifications reminding you that autopay is approaching.  Check email daily for any notifications.


Make-Up Class Policy

Gymnastics and Ninja Zone will have unlimited make-up classes provided there is room in another class.  An absence must be made up within the same month as the missed class date, and must be pre-scheduled with the front desk. Make-up classes only carry over to the first week of the next month and are not guaranteed.


Family Discounts

HGA offers a discount for families with multiple children in gymnastics classes.  Our goal is to provide great service at an affordable cost.  When more than one immediate family member registers, you recieve 10% off the second (and additional) child.  This is a great savings for our customers!


Referral Program

Word of Mouth advertising is how we see great growth at HGA!  To reward our customers for their “great word” we would like to offer you $10 off your next month’s tutition or session to all new customers that have registered and paid.  To receive this reward, simply have the family mention your name as a referral when registering for classes.  Thank you in advance for spreading the word about our programs!
