New Parent Information

  •  Our parking area is located along the north side of our building and behind the building. Sentry Fastener has signs posted for no parking in their parking lot.
  • Our brand new Babies-Kindergarten Area is located upstairs! All classes will be held upstairs, viewing available for families attending those classes only.
  • All non participating children need to be supervised by an adult.
  •  No parents and/or sibling allowed beyond the blue viewing area wall downstairs.
  •  Every sunday the lost and found will be emptied into the trash unless item was claimed with a phone call to the office staff.
  •  Girls attire-Hair must be pulled back into a tight ponytail, no shoes or socks, leotards (preferable), no jewelry & no gum chewing.
  •  Boys attire- No shoes or socks, comfortable shorts and t-shirt, no jewelry & no gum chewing.
  • Please update emergency information with the office staff anytime students’ families contact information changes.
  •  Week 9 will be testing week for all classes. Please inform coach if week 9 there will be absence. Therefore; testing week will be adapted for that student.
  •  Week 6 will start priority registration for all current students.
  •  Any student enrolled in our Mommy & Me Program needs to be accompanied by an adult with lots of energy. This class is as active for the parent as for the child. Please wear comfortable clothes to work with your children.
  •  There will be a $25 charge for all returned (NSF) checks.

Refund & Make Up Policy

This policy is for NEW MEMBERS ONLY NOT RETURNING STUDENTS.

If before the end of your second class you are not completely satisfied, we will refund the cost of your session, not the registration. You must call, or come to the front desk, and let the office staff know by the end of the day to cancel your session. There are two make ups offered per session. Make up classes are NOT guaranteed, but allowed if there is room in other classes. All make ups must be scheduled with the office staff at 586-954-3300. Make ups do not carry over to the next session.

Annual Membership Fee

There is an annual family registration fee of $25 when registering for classes at HGA. This is a family registration fee per year.

Make Up Class Policy

There are 2 make-ups allowed per session. Not guaranteed, but allowed, if there is room in other classes. All make ups must be scheduled with the office staff (586)954-3300.

Family Discounts

HGA offers a discount for families with multiple children in gymnastics classes. Our goal is to provide great service at an affordable cost. When more than one immediate family member registers, you recieve 10% off the second (and additional) child. This is a great savings for our customers!

Refferal Program

Word of Mouth advertising is how we see great growth in our enrollement. To reward our customers for their “great word” we would like to offer you $10 off your next month’s tutition or session to all new customers that have registered and paid.  To recieve this reward, simply have the family mention your name as a referral when registering for classes.
